She qualified as a chef in her home country of New Zealand and since then has worked in many different countries in Europe and in the UK, on yachts and on land. She has worked for private families, UHNWI and royalty. She has studied advanced catering, baking & patisserie and wine appreciation, and holds a recent certificate in Level 2 Food Safety. She is a great all-rounder but especially loves French cooking. Has experience creating menus and working with allergies and dietary requirements and is extremely interested in healthy cooking and nutrition, having worked extensively with a nutritionist in a previous role. She is a confident cook, happy to cater for dinner parties of up to 25 people. She is a proactive candidate and is happy to muck-in and help other staff where needed.
