She is a good communicator and, with previous experience working in fully staffed households, she works well as part of a team. She can also use her initiative and work well alone if needed. She is flexible and adaptable to her principals needs, taking on housekeeping, cleaning, cooking, budgeting and pet care duties. She is child friendly, having previously taken on childcare duties in a Nanny/Housekeeper role.
