He is an estate manager and takes care of all physical maintenance of the grounds, gardens and properties whilst she is a very capable Housekeeper/Cook/PA and an ex-Norland Nanny. Very animal friendly, both French speakers and both are drivers. They are a lovely couple who are a joy to be around. They are professional, hardworking and very likeable.
