He can prepare many different cuisines and cooking styles, including but not limited to Asian, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, American, Caribbean, Mediterranean, British and Russian. He has experience catering for vegetarians, vegans, Keto, Atkins, Paleo, Halal, Kosher and more. He can cater for fine dining dinners to relaxed light lunches, barbecues or high-volume canape parties. Happy to work alone or as part of a team, he also has experience managing staff as a Head chef.
